Project: Customize and implement the IT solution for Inventory management from the available SCM application package. The solution covers the area of purchase, Warehouse/Stock and Sales, which is integrated with the Accounting & Finance solution and the Human Capital Management System.
Objective: Design, develop and implement a new system to manage the buying process at remote locations & to manage the daily operations at all levels.
Solution: 7stl developed a system, which was built on the latest technologies, a fully distributed, web based, on line in real time, providing uninterrupted services even to the most difficult geographic locations in terms of connectivity. It was designed to be comprehensive and cater all functions from quote to invoice while generating more than 150 reports and KPI’s for critical activities. It integrates all data & information into a single entity for tracking and management which proved invaluable for efficient and successful operations.
